The research projects will have to be carried out in university institutions, the Polytechnic University and Research Centers (both public and private) which have their seat either in Piedmont or in Aosta Valley and will have to focus on the study, the management and the organization of complex systems, i.e. those systems (physical, biological, economic, social and human) characterized by emerging collective phenomena which cannot be ascribed only to the properties of their constituent parts but rather to their interactions.
